Subject: using the Internet to organize opposition to Harper administration or future Canada government plans or intentions
ask Alex and Sam
road@riseup.net;
sam_d_Kuhn@hotmail.com if they think that this poster idea draft could work to recruit people, when properly refined. The "Endorse this mission" below seems to be a great way to build credibility, as we canvas groups to add their names. -

The wording of the following is only a suggestion, template to get things moving. It was copied from an American website ( see my red font additions in brackets in the format - my July 13 email ), which can Canadianize it. Feel free to make your suggestions.
The text below (with changes in brackets) is from "U.S. Friends of Venezuela" -

This web page is devoted to using the Internet to organize opposition to Bush(Harper) administration or future U.S.(Canada) government plans or intentions to interfere or intervene in the internal affairs of Venezuela( Venezuela or Afghanistan, maybe both ). Our goal is to provide a more honest and truthful picture of Venezuela() and to help build friendship among the peoples of our countries. We seek a relationship with Venezuela() based on cooperation and mutual understanding, not hate, violence, or domination. We encourage our readers to educate their political representatives and communities on these matters and to pressure our leaders to reject intervention or animosity in U.S.(Canadian) foreign policy toward Venezuela().
Mission:
1. Sovereignty: Affirm the sovereignty of Venezuela() and call for respecting the right of self-determination of its people.
2. Oppose U.S. (Canadian) Intervention: To be part of a broad unity of voices in the U.S.(Canada) against military, political, and economic intervention by the U.S.(Canada) government into the internal affairs of Venezuela.()
3. Friendship: To build a bond of friendship among the peoples of the U.S.(Canada) and Venezuela().
4. Educate: Educate our communities, political leaders, and media on the truth about Venezuela().
