JOINT FILM SCREENING
We agreed to participate in the screening of "A Grin Without A Cat" (dir. Chris Marker) with the Centre for Media and Culture in Education. We have two minor concerns. The screening should be open to people under 19 and since we don't charge for our courses the event should be free for Anarchist University classes or at least "pay what you can".
ORGANIZATION
Yehuda will update the
FAQ section of the website. Most FEQ are (1) how to sign up for a course (2) can high-school students come (3) cost
Our e-mail address is changed to
info@AnarchistU.org
Yehuda will take care of the e-mail until 29 February.
NEXT MEETING: 15 Feb 2004 at 6pm (if possible above This Ain't The Rosedale library)
Issues to be discussed:
Summer courses for 2004. We talked about having two or three courses, possibly meeting twice a week for five weeks. Should we continue our academic-type courses or become more activist/practical?
Possible summer retreat at Kimbercote Farm.
Courses for Fall 2004. (We will not be taking proposals at the 15 Feb meeting)
Promotion of courses in general.
Need to encourage more new people to get involved in organizing and shaping the future of the Anarchist U
Yehuda to send an e-mail notice to everyone before the next meeting.
