The noted international author journalist Gwynne Dyer is banned from the Israel Asper newspaper chain CanWest which in 1998 cornered 60% of Canadian newspaper readers.
Russ Mills, fired editor of the Ottawa Citizen said CanWest owns the largest newspaper in every major Canadian city except one. The Toronto Star".
