*2:30 Discussion Groups

-After a coffee break there will be 30 minutes discussion groups facilitated by each of us. The object is to get people to discuss the ideas/philosophies. What do they believe or think?

*3pm Practical Issues

Speakers:

-Alan on Freedonia and Alterna Credit Union

-Urbane Bicyclist on practical aspects of starting his business/legal/technical

-Radical Roots on food regulations and inspection/industry regulations

-A Book-keeper on basic accounting OR Darren on his experience of invoicing and collecting

from clients

-Practical information about how to legally refuse to pay your taxes

*4:15 Coffee break

*4:30 Discussion Groups

*5pm Workshop evaluation forms/end of workshop

We realize the day is not gender-balanced but we made a genuine effort. Several women speakers had to drop out because of the holiday week-end.
